We recruit respondents for;

• Triads/Mini-Groups
These comprises of a maximum of 3-4 respondents. They are highly useful for high end respondents.
• Full Groups.
These comprise of a maximum of 6-8 respondents.

In either of the above recruitment, Neotrends Research Africa usually double recruit the number of respondents per session to mitigate against group failure as a result of some respondents not turning up at the 11th hour. Also to ensure groups and triads success, Neotrends Research Africa have maintained a team of highly trained and profiled recruiters. The recruiters have been profiled as per various social economic strata. We have class AB recruiters who only recruit AB respondents. Likewise, Class C1C2 recruiters recruit C1C2 respondents.

Since both recruiters and respondents share same social economic background and behavior, there is ease and understanding in recruiting the right respondents. Our quality controls are also very rigorous. We screen respondents before they enter the venue to ensure they meet the recruitment criteria. We also keep an up to date database of all respondents who have participated in sessions before to guard against repeat/professional respondents.

On technology front we have the capacity to stream live all FGDs so that our clients can view them in real time at the comfort of their offices.
