Towards this end, we have established an independent quality control team that works parallel with all teams – Client liaison, Scripting, Field, data processing – and does audits of all the projects against all key quality control procedures by each team. The outcome is a report that helps strengthen our internal systems.

Our quality controls are broadly enshrined in all the stages of the services we provide notably Pre-Data Collection, Data Collection, Post Data Collection, Data Processing -Tabulation & Analysis, Charting. We also have quality control on Mobile and Online Panels.
